The Base
MUDADAN is a special happy squad from Japan, devoted to mastering the useless. Founded in November 2021 at an online festival called MUDA FES. Almost everything we do is completely useless.
Muda (無駄) means "waste" in Japanese. We disagree.
If you want to do it, do it.
Plan pointless events and games with full effort. Then actually do them.
There is no boss.
There is a Chief, but she gives no orders. No managers either. We plot together, loudly.
Take it outside.
Manchester, then Palermo. We carry muda out into the world and hand it to strangers.
